  • Non-returnable items include personalized products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.

3. Return Process

  • Contact us at support@luluandlily.com to initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Package the item securely and include the RMA number.

  • Ship the item to the return address provided in the RMA instructions.

4. Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

  • Refunds include the item’s purchase price, excluding original shipping costs.

  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

6. Exchanges
